Kirame Lingerie — Return & Exchange Policy

At Kirame, every piece of lingerie is prepared with strict hygiene and quality standards to protect all customers. As our products are intimate garments, we are unable to accept general returns.

For hygiene reasons, all lingerie purchases are final sale.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted due to sizing preference, change of mind, or personal reasons.


Exceptions — Wrong or Damaged Items

We will gladly review claims if you receive:

• An incorrect item
• A manufacturing defect
• Damage during transit

To qualify for review:

• A clear, continuous video recording of the unboxing must be taken before opening the parcel
• The video must show the sealed package, shipping label, and item condition
• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

This process protects both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims.

Once verified, Kirame will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated by Kirame after review.


Important Notes

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible under any circumstances
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed
• Kirame reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet these requirements
